Hello, I am currently renting a Victorian house situated in Gaydon, warwickshire.
It's in a brilliant village location, with a front and rear garden.
The house has a conservatory, big country style kitchen dinner, and a fair sized living room with open fire.
It is a shared bathroom with a huge cast iron bath tub and brass rose head shower.

Also a garage to the rear of the property.
The room available is an unfurnished large double room and has timber fitted wardrobes already installed which do not compromise the room size.
The view is looking over the back of the property with no road noise whatsoever.

Local amenities include, village shop, late night petrol station, and 1 public house.

Gaydon is 1 mile from jaguar landrover and the M40 is about 2 minutes away with 15 minute connections to leamington spa and Banbury..

This is to share the whole house not just a lonely room....as long as the potential sharer is clean and tidy and likes to talk, laugh and be social ;-) then I'm a happy chappie.

Rent maybe negotiable... 1 months rent up front plus this includes all bills wifi and Netflix. Any further questions and viewings are more than welcome.
