This room is available in a very small quiet village of Hampton Lucy. This is very close to the M40 at Warwick. Coventry, Gaydon, Leamington, Birmingham, Stratford upon Avon are all very close. There is a quaint pub in the village that is very accommodating. Please check the position of this house as the buses are not very frequent.
It is a warm home with a retired family and a very small lap dog. One other resident is in occupation. You are able to use the communal kitchen facilities to cook your own meals. The shared bathroom has a shower only. The room has a TV and broadband is available.
