Basic single room in 4 bedroom house, shared facilities, Monday to Friday ( weekends if occasionally needed for work).. Bed draws hanging rail and tv port.....family home, two dogs but not in main house....nothing posh ,friendly atmosphere , we all spend most our time in our rooms so good if you like your own personal space.....good location on bus route,10 mins from m40, gaydon, jlr and Aston Martin ,5 miles from leamington,3 miles to Southam....4 pubs in village 3 of which serve food, cash point n local shops.......
