Furnished Double room available in a nice location near Hatton train station with links to Birmingham/London/Warwick/Leam ington, 5 mins to warwick/M40/A46 and access to beautiful countryside with walks, cycling, canalside pubs, etc. I am looking for a clean and courteous professional housemate.

The kitchen is modern, there is washing machine tumble dryer, large lounge, the back garden is private with patio table and chairs. BBQ available for use, etc. This 4 bedroom detached house is equipped with sky tv and broadband. All bills included.
There is a front garden also and some space for parking if needed. There is a shed and room for storage.

Looking for female housemate preferably. I have my children to stay over twice a week plus I have a small dog who is very friendly.
