I Live in a recently modernised 4 bedroom detached property on the outskirts of Kenilworth but within walking distance of the Town Centre . I have a double bedroom to let and to share the rest of the house . I have a German Shepherd 15 months old very friendly and affectionate .
I own my own local business I am looking for a lodger either a Student or Professional , Male or Female between 20 to 30 years old . I have 2 grown up children who both have their own rooms within the house but do not live there on a regular basis . there is a fully furnished Double bedroom available currently only one bathroom . Several downstairs rooms including modern fitted kitchen, separate utility room with washing and drying facilities
and 2 lounges and a snug area to chill out and relax . Large rear garden with Patio Area and garden at the front with parking and garage
