Fantastic all inclusive en suite double room

We have a new semi detached house set in an acre of landscaped gardens.
All of your bills including WiFi and gardening are included - just add food!
The house has 2 upstairs rooms which are currently let by a young professional engineer.
The downstairs en suite room is available now. Bifold doors open on to a sandstone patio and behind is a large shared lawn area. Apart from the occasional aeroplane it is a very quiet and peaceful setting. There is plenty of parking and you would need transport if you live here as it is very rural. We are a couple of miles from stations in Knowle and Balsall Common with links to Birmingham and Coventry. Warwick Parkway station is a 10 min drive.

The kitchen area contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, single oven, fridge freezer, built in microwave and warming drawer. The work surfaces are black quartz and there are plenty of cupboards as well as a dining table and breakfast bar area.

We have spent a long time ensuring that all of the fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and look forward to meeting you if you feel that this is the place for you.

The location isn’t quite correct but the app won’t let me change it. We are not on Oakley but down the private road off Honiley Rd that appears to lead to nowhere. Please ring for directions as the postcode is incorrect on the app, it should be CV81NQ
