The house has 2 upstairs rooms which will be let independently as a pair to another housemate. The downstairs en suite room has just been redecorated and is available now.

Situated down a private road in Fen End just over a mile from the village of Balsall Common, it is a very quiet and peaceful setting. There is plenty of parking and use of a car would be advantageous. We are a couple of miles from stations in Knowle and Balsall Common with links to Birmingham and Coventry. Warwick Parkway station is a 10 min drive.

The open plan living area is shared. The kitchen area contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, single oven, fridge freezer, built in microwave and warming drawer. The work surfaces are black quartz and there are plenty of cupboards as well as a dining table and breakfast bar.

We take care of all of the gardening, the patio is private to the house and you will have full use of the large communal lawns. The small community who live here are very friendly and respectful.
