Room to let in country house annex

We are looking for a lodger to stay in our converted barn annex. We are a family of 4 living onsite in a separate building. The property is a very relaxed and friendly place.

The annex has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished with its own kitchen, living room, and laundry room.

All bills included in the rent.

Ample parking and bike storage. You will most likely need a car to get around. There is lots of outdoor garden space including a lake teaming with wildlife.

This is a beautiful island of countryside near Solihull with easy access to Coventry, Birmingham, and London. Birmingham International Airport/Rail is 15 minutes by car and the nearest towns are Balsall Common (Berkswell Station) and Knowle (Dorridge station) which are both about 2 miles away and afford quick access to London.
