The housemates are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy on a rota system.
Downstairs there is a lounge with leather sofas, a large television and a Virgin 360 box.
The Kitchen has two fridges, microwave, washing machines and ample storage cupboards
The house has three shower rooms one also incorporating a Victorian roll top bath.
There is a separate dining area with table and chairs .
The property has unlimited Virgin Wi-Fi broadband (cost included in rent).
