Hi all,
I am an Italian Philosophy PhD at Warwick. I'm living in a lovely cottage in Kenilworth (we have a log burner and wooden beams all around!) and we're looking for a third housemate to join us FROM THE 1ST OF APRIL. We are very easygoing, like movies, walks, chatting, (FOOD) and friends. The house is so pretty that we tend to keep it clean and tidy, but without anxiety.
The house is on three floors and your room would be on the third floor and it's ensuite. I can send you some pictures if you are interested. It would be £400 plus bills (around 50 per month), the contract is until August and on a monthly rolling basis afterwards.
