Large L shaped room (5m x 5m) with a Super King sized bed and view over the garden. Would suit a professional working away from home or even WFH or a student at the nearby Warwick University.

There are several bus stops within 100m of the house and it's only 150m to the nearest wood with off road cycle access to Warwick Uni and beyond. The Woodland convenience shop is just around the corner along with barber and other shops.

Parking is off street as on street parking can be quite tight at times.

I'm working from home most of the time but there are 3 tables outside of your room where you can set up your laptop using the included broadband in the kitchen, garden or office in the garden.

All bills are included and your bathroom is shared with another at times. The lounge with Sky, Netflix and Amazon is available for your use as is the kitchen with all the usual appliances including Bosch washer dryer.

1 set of Super King bedsheet, duvet & cover and 2 pillows with pillowcases included.
