Spacious double room in a beautiful duplex

Large basement room in a spacious duplex apartment. The room is partially furnished with a desk but I can furnish with a bed also if this is needed. I do not currently have broadband or a TV at the property.

I work from home and have a cat and a dog, so animal lovers and people who work outside the house are preferred.

I would consider a Mon-Fri let for a discounted rate if this suits you better.

There is a shared garden and ample parking at the property.

Ideally looking for someone quiet but friendly and considerate.
