It is also a two minute walk to two bus stops, serving the X17 and 11, with routes to Coventry, Kenilworth town, Leamington and Warwick. Kenilworth train station is a 20-minute walk away.
There will be access to a fully equipped kitchen/diner that also has a comfortable seating area to watch television. There is a separate lounge with another TV in it. At the back if the property, there is a lovely small garden with a patio. All shared space is with the owner and her very friendly, small dog.

The property is located in a quiet road within easy distance of the town centre which offers a Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and and several cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a beautiful park, Abbey Fields, close to Kenilworth Castle: a gateway to some lovely Warwickshire countryside. As well, there is a new leisure centre with a gym and group classes. The Warwick Arts Centre at the University of Warwick regularly hosts well-known comedians, touring shows and a cinema.

Lodgings can be Monday to Friday at £550 per calendar month, or £700 for full time.
