Double room available to rent in a clean flat on the second floor. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
The room has a double bed (but can be changed to single if you would like more floor space), bedside table/draw, double wardrobe, desk and chair.
No pets are allowed in the building.
The building has stairs no lift.
Nearby shops, easy walk to Kenilworth high street or abbey fields.
Blind is daylight which will be installed for additional privacy during the day.

I am a single mum who has 50% custody of 2 boys who share the 3rd room. They will be in the flat 2 nights in the week however they will be at after school clubs or doing homework and then alternating weekends.
