Hello, I am a friendly and easy going landlady. This property is on a working farm located 1 mile from Kenilworth, 5 miles from Warwick, Leamington and Coventry. It is in close proximity to major motorways - M6, M42, M40 and close to both Warwick and Coventry University. There is a cycle and walk path that can be accessed from the farm that goes to Warwick University. There is a modern kitchen offering all amenities, a washing machine, dish washer, range cooker, freezers, fridge and microwave are available for use also a large attractive garden. The lounge is comfortable and has a log fire. The room is pleasant with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower. I have 2 dogs and a cat who are friendly and like people. I expect tenants to be neat and tidy and be working full time. Monday to Friday lets are available at a cost of £80. 00 per week. I am happy for people to return on Sunday night. Additional days are available at £20. 00 per. day.
