I'm a 2nd year medical student at warwick looking to rent out the other room in my house from Sept onwards.
The room is fully furnished, comfy double bed with new John Lewis mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
The house has a large lounge, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, conservatory attached to the back with second toilet and large garden.
Virgin broadband and TIVO TV included. Utilities split between us. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ideally to rent to student/PhD student
Within easy cycling distance (15mins) and driving distance to Warwick Uni. Bus stop 10 minute walk.
On street parking available.
Garage and carport where you could store a motorbike and/or bicycle.
I have two friendly outdoor cats.
For a professional would have to be Mon-Fri only due to council tax.
No smokers or couples please
