Cosy single room for £300 pcm until end Mar 18

We have one remaining single room available for the right person to rent at a reduced rate of £300 (includes utility bills and wi-fi) until end Mar 18. The usual rental price is £350 per person for this room and the reduction is based on us being keen to fill the room as soon as possible. Council tax is £30 per person for non-students (based on 4 people sharing).

Kitchen and bathroom are shared. There are two toilets. The right person will be quite laid back, happy to share facilities and happy to take on an equal share of cleaning and tidying.

We are an international household, mixed student and professional, at Warwick and Coventry universities.

Kenilworth is a lovely place to live where everything is within walking distance: local parks, castle, shops, swimming pool, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

It's a short bus trip to Warwick Uni, Coventry or Leamington Spa. Buses are regular.
