Huge room in well-situated Kenilworth house

Modern town house in Kenilworth, with shops, takeaways and green spaces all within walking distance. Very convenient for Warwick University via bicycle or car. There is a leisure centre nearby at Abbey Fields with a heated pool, gym and fitness classes.
I have a second-floor spare bedroom, a very large double furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk. A television aerial connection can be supplied on request.
The house is in a quiet location. It has a very large well-equipped kitchen with dining table, a spacious living room with balcony, and a bathroom shared exclusively between the two second-floor bedrooms. There is a small paved garden and a garage with plenty of room for bike storage.
I am a fairly quiet person who prefers cooking, crosswords and casual cycling to drinking, clubbing or parties and would therefore prefer quiet lodgers, preferably academics or postgraduate students, but would consider other professionals. I also have two pretty and very affectionate cats and am ideally looking for someone who would be happy to look after them for short periods occasionally.
