It's ideally situated for bus routes going to Warwick University, Leamington Spa and Coventry. The room is fully furnished small double. The house has all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom, dining room and garden. Rent includes broadband and all bills. The current tennants are students at the university of warwick. Ideally I'm looking for another student to rent for 12 months. The room is available 28th September.
