All bills are included; electricity, gas, water, council tax and fast wireless internet so all you pay is the rent each month. Also included is communal use of washer and seperate dryer machine and kitchen equipment, cooker, two fridge freezers, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans and crockery etc.

The house has 5 bedrooms and share 2 shower-rooms (one with a bath), a kitchen and lounge area. It is a ten minute walk from the town centre and supermarkets with local shops just up the road (less than 2 mins walk). Driving, its 15 mins from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Whitley park and Warwick Uni and also on bus route to Coventry and Leamington. There are 2 car parking spaces available for use by tentants, smoking outside only.
