The flat is a three-bedroom flat, it is in a quiet part of Kenilworth, close to The University of Warwick, it would suit final year, masters, PhD students.

The room comes with its own bathroom, fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

The apartment is gas centrally heated and fully double glazed. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc and a kitchen table and chairs.

There is direct access to the cycleway that goes straight to the University, and a bus stop which is only 3 stops to the University is 200 meters away.

There is secure bicycle storage.

The water bill and the broadband are included. The gas and the electricity bills share with another two flatmates.
