The room come with double bed, fully furnished with wardrobe, desk, book shelve and bedside table.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Only 3 stops to Warwick university centre campus (9 minutes by bus, one bus every 15 minutes) and 10 minutes off road cycle ride. 5 minutes walk to Abbey Field and pubs and mini super market, 10 minutes walk to town centre. Excellent for relaxing at the weekend.

Outside is a private patio garden, front driveway with parking.

It is excellent for someone who enjoys a quiet neighbourhood.

Broadband and water bills are included. Gas and electricity bills share between two flatmates (around £30 - £40 each per month average)
