Large Bright Room In Cosy Home Mon-Fri Only

I am looking for someone to share my home with, it's large two bed Victoria terrace house that has a beautiful feel to it, its 2 minutes from Waitrose and 5 minutes on foot into town.

The train station is 2 mins walk away with Fast links to Warwick, leamington and Coventry so very central.

There is parking but it's on the road next to us.


Rent includes WIFI use of the whole house and a cleaner once every two week.

There is a good size garden and wonderful kitchen, fully equipped for all levels of cooking.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and respectful as I will be home day and night for the foreseeable future.

Must be happy to follow COVID rules.
