Room to let in Kenilworth

Large double room available in a furnished mid-terrace house in Kenilworth. Looking for a professional housemate who is clean, reliable and keeps relatively normal hours. I work longish hours and travel a bit. I am sociable and interested in most sport.
The property located in a cul de sac with on-street parking., close to the Common. It is 3 bedroom but I prefer to rent just one room. The house is clean, recently decorated and I’m reasonably well house trained. It’s a good size double room with an upstairs bathroom/shower/toilet, two TV’s, broadband and a downstairs toilet. The house is furnished – but not luxurious given it serves as my second home so happy for someone to bring in their own. I value my “free time” and would like someone who is not active between midnight and 7am. Seeking a more mature, non-smoking lodger. Will consider pets, but not those working from home. Broadband and bills are included.
