Fully furnished double room, available to let near Kineton and just a 5 minute drive from Landrover Jaguar at Gaydon. The cottage is on a farm between Compton Verney and Kineton. The farm is a working, arable farm so no animals, just lots of space and a lake. The cottage has a large kitchen with dining table and huge range cooker, a comfortable living room with open fire and large tv, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier and a shared bathroom with shower and bath. There is wireless broadband internet access throughout the cottage and ample parking. The rent is £550 per month to include all bills and council tax.
