Brand new build two bedroom flat in a block of 6 x 2 bed large flats, ideal for a female working at JLR in Gaydon or Coventry who has a long commute, or a mature MA/PHD student at Warwick. (Photos show the flat before I moved in). Shared bathroom with bath with separate shower over. Large lounge/diner with a piano, leading into large kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, small cooker.
The 2nd bedroom is a double, with double bed, chest of drawers and desk. There is a phone point and three double sockets. It has brand new carpet. I have BT wifi in the flat. The other neighbours are all younger (early 20s) and we all get on well, maintaining a quiet place to live. Excellent access to M40, M42, M5, M6.

I'm well travelled, speak Spanish, French. I am involved in a book club, the local drama group and other things when I have time.
I play the guitar and sing but not often enough, have a very busy 23 year old son who lives with a friend locally. Favourite films include Dead Poets Society, Indiana Jones trilogy, action films, art house and international.

I have a bike which is kept in the bike storage area at the back of the flat. There is plenty of room for another bike if needed. There is a private well lit parking area for this block of flats.
I am within 5 minutes of endless country lanes for running or walking. Amenities locally: great sports and social club with Zumba and other classes. There is a very good basic gym at the local high school which is open to residents from around 4pm daily. There is also an open air swimming pool which is open in the summer, again great and really well used.
Walton Hall is 5 mins away with it's own gym and pool. Distance to Warwick: 8 miles. Banbury: 10 miles, Leamington Spa: 12 miles. Local village library is open on Mondays and Wednesdays. There are stacks of clubs to join including badminton, tennis, cricket, riding stables, Lions Club, Rotary. Rail from Leamington and Banbury direct to Marylebone is excellent.
