1 Comfortable Large Double Room in Kineton, nr JLR

The room is in a large quiet house near the centre of Kineton. You would have full use of the kitchen, including food storage, fridge and freezer space, and use of the lounge.

The double room, with adjoining en-suite, overlooks the garden and is well furnished. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

There is ample on-street parking or secure covered parking to the rear of the house. The village is quiet but well resourced with good local amenities including shops, post office and two pubs.

I have two friendly spaniels.

Mon-Fri lets are preferred but I may consider a full time let. A full time let would incur an additional charge.

I have had JLR and Aston Martin tenants constantly for the last 6 years. Kineton is 3 miles from Gaydon and Junction 12 of the M40. It is 4 miles from Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin. Stratford, Warwick, Leamington and Banbury are all 11 miles away.
