Lovely double room close to town centre, (much sought after CV32) in a quiet residential spot, 5 minutes from the top of the Parade (shops, restaurants, bars etc.) 8 minutes from the green space of Newbold Comyn. £595 a month including bills and cleaning.

This room:
Double bed with good quality mattress and under bed storage.
Desk, bedside tables and lamps, plus built in wardrobe and shelving, as well as separate chest of drawers and shelf unit (as per pictures).
There is fast wifi and an ethernet port in every room.

Shower room:
Shared with other lodger.
Dual fuel towel radiator so towels still dry in the summer.

Privacy:
The bedroom, the shower room and the other lodger’s room that shares the shower, are on a separate floor providing privacy from the rest of the house.

The House:
Is a renovated Victorian terraced house.
We are a friendly little bunch but privacy is respected.
You are welcome to use the communal living space, including the kitchen/diner, living room and also the paved garden whenever you wish.
Free unrestricted street parking

2 minute walk away from the local shops
5 minutes from the Top of The Parade (array of shops inc. Tescos, restaurants, bars, bus stops to most places)

What we are looking for:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is respectful, clean & tidy and sociable (but not a party animal). I am a psychotherapist and I work from home, including in the early evenings, so it is important to me that others in the house respect this. As this situation needs to be accommodated and I understand that it is slightly unusual, the room rate is considerably lower than it otherwise would be for its standard, location and other amenities. I say this on the basis of transparency however past lodgers have said it is not an issue and I need not make mention of it.

Typical Lodgers to date:
Young professionals in the automotive industry, software companies and National Grid. Older professionals relocating. Placement and 'Erasmus' style programme students. A range of European countries (happy to correct your English if that is you).

The lodger with whom this room shares the shower room is a young professional man (19) interested in, board & computer games, hockey, cooking

About Me:
I am young for my age, very active physically (I dance, a lot) and socially though mostly I do this outside of the house. I like to keep things tidy but am not fastidious. I have 2 daughters in their 20s both with partners and both very important to me, they live some way away. I work from home as a psychotherapist so am around much of the day.
