Priced at £595 this includes all bills – council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water as well as maintenance and including cleaning of shared areas. We have 5 properties and find that our tenants, who are generally new to the area, are looking for both the opportunity to meet new people and socialise, as well as have their own space and privacy.
