Double room, mon-fri let, close to town

You will be living with me and a very friendly cat. We will share the kitchen/lounge/dining area and bathroom. The house is furnished to a high standard, including a new kitchen extension. Your room is upstairs at the back of the house, facing south with a view of the garden.

The house is in a great location; less than 10 mins walk from the centre of Leamington and 1 minute walk from Newbold Comyn. The neighbourhood is really friendly with a good local pub and a corner shop at the end of the street.

Off street parking is available around the corner. No smoking inside the house. Wifi and all other bills included. If you need to stay the occasional weekend this is negotiable for an extra price. I can provide bedding and you are free to leave your belongings in the room over the weekends.
