I have a basement room available in my house in Leamington Spa town centre.

The rent is £550 per calendar month based on sole occupancy. Electricity usage is recharged monthly as incurred (it varies between £20-£60 pcm depending on time of the year).

There is also parking for 1 car.

The room is fully furnished. The kitchen and laundry room are shared.

The bathroom is shared with one other lodger.

The house is a short stroll from restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the main shopping centre.

The train station is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Please note that I am a living in landlady who would like a housemate who works full time and does not work from home.
