Single room available for single professional person. Friendly, quiet modern house, in Central Leamington Spa. Eight minutes walk from the Parade. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers , desk, bookshelves, broadband. We each have our own fridge in the kitchen/diner. There is a nice walled garden. I am the live in land lady. The house has four bedrooms. Separate shower room and bath room. There is plenty of on road parking in the area. £420 pcm inclusive of bills. We are a non smoking household.
