I am moving out of this flat due to work commitments which leaves a space for a lucky person.. could be you!

The flat is on Clarendon Square, a nice, quiet area which is a 2 minute walk from the parade and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Parking is available outside with a permit (£25 a year).

The Heating is gas and very efficient with a bath and rain shower in the shared bathroom. There is also a shared lounge area and kitchen with lots of storage.

The room is a large double room, with double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and a large amount of floor space.

The two other current tenants are both professionals working in the Warwick area and are easygoing.

The flat will be subject to an admin fee from the letting agents (up to £150) to be confirmed.
