Double Room in South Leamington

Hi,

We are four male PhD students in Economics who are looking for a 5th flatmate in our five bedrooms house. We are looking for a male, postgraduate student from outside Economics, who is happy to socialise and not spending the entire time in his bedroom.

We are friendly, (hopefully) fun and we do our best to keep the flat clean (a cleaner comes once per week to help us making sure this happens). We like to spend our spare time together during the week, watching movies, going to concerts etc. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a similar attitude, to keep a nice atmosphere in the house.

The house is located in Rushmore Street, south Leamington. It has two bathrooms, a big kitchen with two fridges and a living room, with two comfy couches and a TV. The room costs £345 per month and the contract is 11-months long, beginning in September, so you can save on one month in the summer! The average bill is £40 per month, plus the cleaners, which cost £28 per month. We share a car to commute to/from Uni so, If you are somehow flexible with your timings, there could be the option to join the car and save quite a lot of money (and time) on the bus.
