I reserved this flat several months ago, and can no longer move in in September and so need someone to take over the contract (Starting September 1st). This is a top floor studio flat, but i have lived in the bottom floor flat of this building all year, and it is a great building, with a really nice shared garden and is very close to the U2 bus stop.
