3 double rooms available in shared house on quiet friendly street. North of the river and about 5 minutes walk from The Parade, Duke Street is ideally located for easy access to shops, gyms, bus stops (including buses to the university), pubs and restaurants but tucked away to ensure peace and quiet as well.
3 of the current housemates are moving out so we're looking for 3 friendly people to replace them. The house has always had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with housemates getting on well and we're hoping to keep it that way. We try to keep an equal ratio of male and female housemates which helps to keep the balance in the house. As such we will be looking for 1 male and 2 female housemates to help maintain this balance.
Room 1 is £375pcm (plus bills) and will be available from 28th September, 2022.
Room 2 is £375pcm (plus bills) and will be available from the 14th August, 2022.
Room 4 is £400pcm (plus bills) and will be available from the 20th August 2022.
Bills are not included in the rent however the landlord organises them to make it easier for tenants moving in and out of the house. They are split equally between the housemates and tend to come to roughly £76-84 pcm. This includes: gas, electricity, water, WiFi and council tax. Feel free to ask for more details. The house is in council tax Band C.
The rooms are furnished and the house includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small, secure garden and shed with room for bike storage. When replying, please give your age, gender, preferred moving-in date and preferred length of tenancy.
