Double Room in Lillington

We have a double room available in a 3 person house share in Lillington, Leamington Spa. The house is owned by one of the current tenants and was completely renovated in 2018. It’s a 3 bedroom end terrace, with a large garden and space for off road parking. The bedrooms are all double, there are 2 bathrooms (one has a bath), a living room, a large kitchen/dining area and utility room. There is also some loft space for extra storage.

The house is about a mile from the town centre (a 5 min drive or 20 min walk) and the current tenants are female, aged 25 and 26, both working in the local area.
One of us also owns a dog (a 1 year old Australian Labradoodle) who lives in the house.

Rent is £500pcm, with bills included and we also put a small amount aside each month for shared house items and for a fortnightly cleaner.

We are ideally looking for someone of a similar age who also works locally and is happy living with a dog.
