Peaceful room in a warm, quiet house in Leamington

This double bedroom at the back of my house overlooks a courtyard garden. Storage space in the bedroom consists of a wardrobe and drawers under the bed. The bedroom shares a modern bathroom, including a large bath, with the main bedroom. Downstairs, there is a large living space and a small, modern kitchen, which are also shared.

The house is 5-10 minutes walk from the Parade and 5 minutes from the river. There's a grocery shop 5 minutes away and pubs just round the corner.

I have a very friendly, cuddly cat who would love to be your housemate :) I'm a postgraduate student looking to share with another quiet student or young professional. I'm vegetarian, and I don't smoke. Do let me know if you'd like to arrange a viewing!
