Friendly professionals to share flat

Hi, I'm looking for two lively professionals to share a home. It's a 2 bed flat in a converted Georgian house with 3 other flats. I'm moving in with my girlfriend so both of the rooms are free but I want to keep the homely vibe going with outgoing, friendly, considerate flatmates. Great neighbours in the other 3 flats.

The flat is on two levels so flatmates can easily isolate or share the communal areas depending on their mood.
- First floor has the shared lounge, toilet and bedroom #1 which also has an en-suite bathroom. The bed is 4 foot double so could accommodate a couple (and has) but the storage space better suits a single occupant.
- Second floor has the shared kitchen, shower room and bedroom #2. There are two large wardrobes, a 5ft bed, bay windows. Although there's no en-suite the shower room is directly next door and there's a sink in the room. Would consider a couple for this room.

Russell Terrace is a great central location just 3 mins off the bottom of the parade and Jefferson gardens. It's 6 mins walk to the train station and the town centre.

At the back of the flat is free parking for one modest sized car but I prefer the street parking out the front with a £25 yearly permit. The flat is fully furnished with all mod cons and recently decorated. Kitchen is well equipped and I can provide bed linen, so ready to move straight in.

This would be ideal for two friends to share but I'll rent rooms individually so you're flexible & not tied into long contracts. I'm just looking for a months deposit & notice. I'll pay all bills and provide internet. There's another 2 bed flat available upstairs so 4 friends could be neighbours with the convince of their own facilities.
