Double Room To Rent

Hi there, I have a double sized room for rent, gch, furnished, single bed, flat screen tv, wifi, room is next to bathroom in a friendly home 15 minutes walk to the town centre/train station and only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The room has been newly decorated and has a new carpet, the house is well looked after. You must be clean and tidy, use of the washing machine is also fine. The house is available to view at any time.
As stated the rent is £100. 00 per week this includes all bills. I would preferably like to rent this room for a minimum of 6 months.
