Looking for reliable professional housemates for a fixed 6-month winter let. The rooms are furnished double and single located on Victoria Street—perfect for anyone contracting locally or commuting via rail (less than a 5-minute walk away) or the M40/42. You’ll be sharing with me for some of the time. The house features a shared kitchen and living area, with immediate access to Victoria Park and the restaurants on the Parade. Ideal for JLR commuters, gaming industry contractors, or anyone needing a short-term, hassle-free winter base in Leamington Spa. Bills are included, provided they don’t exceed existing limits.
