I live here with my husband, and we share the house with one other lodger at present.
We are all easy going and are friends. We have an open plan living room and kitchen. The bathroom has both shower and bath facilities. My bedroom is a loft conversion so you’d be on the same floor as our other lodger on the first floor of the house. We have a lovely big garden. We are close to Aldi/train station/M40/Leamington town centre. We live on a quiet road in a nice neighbourhood. We’ve been here for 20 years. We have always had dogs, and after our Dylan passed away we now have a puppy called Ruby, so you will ideally be a dog lover. She’ll be happy to take you for walks. You can bring your own furniture but we do have a desk and drawers if needed. Bedding available if needed. The room overlooks the back garden and is south facing so gets lots of sunshine. The house is double glazed and very cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. We have a garden room that is covered but open to the garden.
