The room is in the basement but is light and airy thanks to the large double doors leading out into the garden, and it only shares a bathroom with one other person, so queueing for the bathroom is never a problem.

Our street is central but quiet - walking into town takes 10minutes, and the train station is only 20mins. Newbold Common and the country side are only 5minutes walk away too.

The house has a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and a small garden out back where we have bbq and beers in the summer. There's a garage with ample storage room for bikes etc, and free on-street parking outside the house.

We are working professionals but a fun and open household, regularly catching up and cooking in the evening, exercising or having a drink together.
