Smart Studio Bedsit, with its own kitchen & vanity wash basin room in a very nice, warm in winter, renovated Victorian House, 10 mins walk to the town centre & train station. Very good quality fitments to include: ¾ double bed, quality mattress, fitted wardrobes etc. Sharing two WC and two shower rooms with 4 other females. There is a shared TV lounge & utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer & nice garden and we have very high speed broadband. The let would suit someone who wants to live in a QUIET, CLEAN, TIDY House & is COMPATIBLE with the existing tenants, probably a graduate & we prefer longer lets. All bills included except electric in the room which costs c£2/wk.
