The house is situated behind a security gate for added security with parking spaces available. There is a shared kitchen and living area furnished to a very high standard. All bills are included with access to high speed broadband and my Netflix account :)

There is easy access to public transport with a bus stop (2 minute walk) and train station (25 minute walk).

The room really has to be viewed to truly appreciate the space and privacy available.
