4 rooms in a furnished 6 bed house from Sept 2021

Hi, I am an existing tenant at this house and looking to renew the tenancy for another 12 months. The house is furnished, with double beds in the £430/mo rooms, and I think a single bed in the £330/mo room.

The tenancy would begin on 16 Sept 2021.

I am an apprentice at Jaguar Land Rover and looking for other apprentices/professionals/students to move in with.

There are 6 bedrooms total in the house. Four of these are upstairs, and the other two are downstairs at the back of the house.

There is a shower, toilet, sink & bath upstairs which is shared by 4 people.

There is another WC downstairs by the front door.

There is a shower, sink & toilet downstairs by the back, which is shared by the two tenants who live downstairs.

From this year, the bills have been around £80-90per month. This includes broadband, council tax, energy, water, TV license, etc.

There's room for around 3 cars to park on the driveway. To walk to Leamington town centre it takes 30-40mins. Driving takes less than 10 mins.

Unfortunately SpareRoom puts a limit on the number of photos I can upload so I haven't been able to put an image of the shower room (with sink & toilet) downstairs for the two tenants at the back. Please message me if you'd like to see this and I can send it to you directly.
