Quiet Housemate Wanted

single room available in terraced house close to the town centre, situated on a friendly street with on street parking. the room available is part furnished (has a wardrobe and chest of drawers) the rest of the house is a shared space and fully furnished. looking for a quiet individual to share with who will respect certain values within the home.
the house is managed by a letting agent and so requires signing of a contract and a minimum of 6 months stay.
quick bit about me: i am very quiet, and work 4 days a week in childcare. i am a Christian and try really hard to be eco friendly where possible. When i am not working i like to work at my allotment (weather permitting), watch tv/films and i take part in a local theatre group
