Hello :) , I have one available room in my flat. It is a 2 bedroom flat located in Leamington. It is 8 mins walk to the train station (and city center) and 10 mins walk to McDonalds :p. Flat has a lovely balcony and a big communal garden which is great for BBQs in summer. There is also a pool table in the living room. Washing machine and fridge are brand new. And there is a free on street parking.
I’m an engineer working remotely and I travel a lot so most of the time you would have a whole flat to yourself. (This could be a disadvantage if you like a sociable household..).
So I’m basically looking for someone who is a non-smoker, who is clean and tidy and would look after the flat.
The living room has plenty of space to work remotely! And is very bright. Bedroom is part- furnished.
Finally, the price is £625 (including bills: gas, electricity, water, service charge and council tax).
