A modern, looked-after detached house in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a single room for rent. Not en-suite but bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with over the bath shower, sink and WC. It would be yours alone for 90% of the time, but would need to share when I have guests staying.
I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger who goes home at weekends and takes their washing with them.
You would have your own room and bathroom as mentioned, shared use of kitchen and dining room, on-street or driveway parking. My living room and garden are private. 5 mins from town on the edge of countryside. Looking for a sensible, respectful person who doesn't come home after midnight.
