I’m Jack, and I’m looking for a Mon-Fri housemate/lodger for a short OR long-term let, with an option to extend if it works!
This would need to be someone who isn’t there on weekends (or at least the majority of weekends in the month, TBD).
I’m quiet, easy-going, very tidy - and looking to share with similar.
Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home every day of the week (this is fairly important).
The flat/room - A generous sized, furnished room with comfortable double bed, south facing, in the leafy heart of Leamington Spa.
Electric only - light and airy rooms, great sized kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bath and separate walk-in power shower.
Communal garden area also included.
Private parking is included.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Leamington town centre, and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. An excellent central, green, up-market and attractive location.
The room will be available from Sept 2026 onwards.
ALL bills, including council tax, are included in the rent fee.
