I’m Jack and I’m looking for housemate for a 6 month let, with an option to extend if it works!

I’m quiet, easy-going, very tidy - and looking to share with similar.
Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home (quite important).

The flat - A generous sized, furnished room with comfortable double bed, south facing, in the heart of Leamington Spa.
Electric only - light and airy rooms, great sized kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bath and separate walk-in power shower.
Communal garden area also included.

Street parking is included.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Leamington town centre, and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. An excellent central, leafy and attractive location.

The room will be available from 7th April 2024 onwards.
ALL bills are included in the rent fee.
