Lovely room in a very nice, warm in winter, renovated Victorian House, 10 mins walk to the town centre & train station. Very good quality fitments to include: 4' double bed, quality mattress, fitted wardrobes etc. Sharing two WC and two shower rooms with 4 other females and sharing a well-equipped kitchen with 2 of these females. There is a shared TV lounge & utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, high-speed broadband & a nice garden & we employ a cleaner. The let would suit someone who wants to live in a Quiet, Clean, Tidy house & is Compatible with the Existing Tenants, probably a graduate & we prefer longer lets.
